She has worked with several large firms both in St. Louis and locally, developing a strong foundation in client service and operational support. In her role, Crystal is dedicated to delivering a seamless and positive client experience. She assists with a wide range of account services, including processing transactions, facilitating fund transfers, scheduling appointments, and addressing client questions with efficiency and care. Outside of the office, Crystal enjoys hiking and spending time with her grandchildren.
